Swirling
Spirals Baby Hat
By Katy

An easy double crochet baby hat that will be a snap to
make. Finish it off with a neat ribbed
brim and you’re all set for a quick baby gift.
Newborn baby sized
hat: with the hat lying flat,
Hat height should measure about 5.5 – 6
inches (13 – 15 cm) from the brim to crown.
Hat width 6 – 6.5 inches (16.5 –
18 cm) measured across the brim.
Adjust
your yarn or hook size to get the proper size.
Stitches are USA English:
ch – chain
sl st- slip stitch
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
fpdc – front post double crochet
bpdc – back post double crochet
This hat is worked in a spiral so don’t join until you
work the brim.
